Registration conditions
- You must have:

The ability to swim or at least float for the canyon.

No medical contraindication to practicing the activity.

A perfect understanding of the practice recommendations for the chosen activity.

It is recommended to inquire carefully before making any reservation.
Reservation
- Payment :

Full payment is made upon reservation.

Any cancellation must be reported no later than 48 hours before the start of the service.

Cancellation due to force majeure will result in reimbursement of the service, with required proof (medical certificate)

Cancellation & Interruptions
The instructor can cancel or interrupt an outing if the water level is too high for the canyon or there is a risk of storms.
Minors

Unaccompanied minors under 13 are not accepted.

Unaccompanied minors aged 13 to 17 require parental authorization and must meet certain conditions.

Holiday and leisure center groups are subject to limitations and must be accompanied by an adult leader.
Responsibility

In exceptional circumstances, activity locations may be changed without notice.

Each participant must comply with the rules of caution and safety, with the guide having the right to exclude any person compromising the safety of the group.
Medical contraindications

It is obligatory to report certain pathologies or previous traumas.

People with asthma problems, diabetes, pregnant women, etc., must inform the monitor.
Prices

The price includes supervision by a state-certified instructor and equipment that complies with CE standards.

Payment terms

Payments will be made the same day, at the place of activity, by check, holiday voucher, cash or bank transfer, 72 hours before the start of the activity.
Theft/Loss

The instructor declines all responsibility in the event of loss of personal equipment.

It also declines all responsibility in the event of theft or loss of equipment in vehicles.
